北京– 2019年4月25日 –艾里逊变速箱首次推出适用于先进的超低地板电驱动客车动力总成的电驱桥系统。在全球公交领域,ABE系列电驱桥是动力最强劲、结构最紧凑且全集成化的电驱桥之一。
ABE系列将双电机、单速或多速变速箱(取决于电驱桥型号)、油冷器、泵和电力电子设备集成到一个系统, 方便取代现有结构的整个传统动力总成,满足公交车辆的动力和空间需求, 适用于大型双层客车、铰接式客车和三门客车。

艾里逊ABE系列可以在常规高速公路速度及坡度要求下正常运行。该系统可在制动能量回收中吸收100%扭矩。该系统的车桥额定载荷高达28,660磅(13 吨), 与市场上同级别的电驱总成系统相比,能够提供更大的功率和扭矩。双电机车桥连续输出功率536马力(400千瓦), 峰值输出功率738马力(550千瓦)。单速电驱桥作为选配也可提供。其专有冷却系统可实现业界最佳的连续电机功率, 并提高车辆在峰值功率范围的运行时间。
