斯德哥尔摩H. Grann Åkeri公司更新其混凝土运输车,以配备艾里逊全自动变速箱的车辆替代AMT变速箱车辆,因其提供环保及舒适。
北京 -- H. Grann Åkeri公司使用八辆卡车为Skanska建筑公司在斯德哥尔摩地区的建筑工地运输混凝土。车队运输业务始于60年前,起初是混合建筑材料运输,而最近20年完全专注于混凝土运输。
H. Grann Åkeri公司创始人Håkan Grann之子,现任首席执行官Roger Grann表示,“公司配备艾里逊变速箱的首辆卡车是沃尔沃FE 320,之后深刻认识到全自动变速箱在车辆驾驶过程中带来的好处,特别是在繁忙的城市交通中和在拥挤的建筑工地进行大量倒车等情况下。”
公司在2018年购买了第二辆配备艾里逊变速箱的卡车,前桥和后桥具有转向功能的斯堪尼亚P360*4 6x2。Scaniabilar Stockholm AB公司又订购了两辆完全相同的车辆,将于2020年1月交付,取代两辆配置AMT的旧车。所有配备的自动变速箱均为艾里逊3000系列全自动变速箱。
Grann说:“驾驶员一致认为,自动变速箱由于采用了变扭器,变换挡位时不会造成动力损失,能够将不间断动力平顺的输送至驱动轮,实现更加和谐的运行状态。此外,还能够提升加速性,这就意味着比其它变速箱解决方案的日交货量得以增加。车辆卸掉载荷时,加速度性堪比乘用车。”
Grann表示,在经济性方面,艾里逊全自动变速箱稍高的购买价格将在其整个生命周期中被较低的维护成本所抵消。“公司在用的艾里逊全自动变速箱没有出现过任何问题。迄今为止,维护成本仅为根据厂家建议的周期更换油和滤芯。同时,这也意味着提高了车辆的运行时间,减少了车辆在车间的停工时间。维修保养费用的节省显然与收入同等重要。”Grann补充道。
此外,Grann认识到的另一优势是,车辆配备小功率发动机和全自动变速箱与配备大功率发动机和AMT变速箱的车辆所完成的任务是相同的。“显然,小功率发动机成本低且重量轻,车辆可以装载更多而不会担心超重。综上优势,长期效益远远抵消了投资成本。此外,小功率发动机尾气排放更少,对环境做出了贡献,也是可喜可贺的。”Grann说。
