美国印第安纳波利斯,2021年9月- 传统和电气化车辆驱动解决方案的领先设计和制造商,享誉全球的中重型商用车全自动变速箱生产商,艾里逊变速箱公司很高兴地宣布,艾里逊已签署协议收购总部设在印度的AVTEC有限公司的非公路变速箱业务和位于马德拉斯出口加工区(MEPZ)的AVTEC非公路零部件制造业务。
总部位于新德里,作为CK Birla集团的一部分,AVTEC是印度最大的动力系统和精密产品独立制造商之一,其专利和外包产品覆盖汽车、非公路、国防、农业和铁路行业。

通过此次收购,艾里逊还将 AVTEC 目前在 MEPZ 工厂 (钦奈) 的非公路零部件制造业务整合至艾里逊的钦奈制造工厂,继续为艾里逊的非公路变速箱产品生产变速箱箱体。“此次收购符合我们的主要采购和运营战略,”艾里逊变速箱运营和全球采购高级副总裁Mike Dick表示。
艾里逊将支付约2700万美元现金,用于收购AVTEC的非公路变速箱产品组合和 MEPZ 非公路零部件制造资产。艾里逊预计此次收购不会对本财年的收益产生实质影响。该交易目前仍须完成某些前提条件,预计将于2021年底完成。
